X-Fit! X-Fit!
What is X-Fit? X-Fit! stands for extreme fitness. X-Fit! is not for the beginner. X-Fit! is an extreme conditioning program that will get you in the best shape of your life. Your muscles are going to burn. You are going to want to quit and give up-but you won't. You will push harder than you ever have before in your life. But you are an athlete. You need this, you want this. You aren't just trying to lose a few pounds, you are trying to be the best. You want to be the best at whatever sport you play. Whether it's MMA, wrestling, football or any other sport, this program is the best way to be better conditioned than your opponent.

X-Fit! classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-7:45pm. It is only 45 minutes, you will wish it was shorter.

So test yourself.
