Women's Fitness
We have the BEST women's fitness classes in the area. We are the only facility in the area that has the ability to combine weight training, step aerobics and mat exercise all in the same workout. We now incorporate X-Fit into at least one of our workouts each week. Our instructors are the best at getting the most out of our students. The workouts are amazing and exciting.
